Are they interested in color guard? If so, please attend an important informational meeting on Monday, February 27th @ 7PM at the Mountain View High School Band Hall.
Students are welcome to attend to have their questions answered by current band students!!!

Please note, that the 2nd semester of these calendars has been revised to reflect our rehearsals for LGPE. For those who prefer a matrix style calendar, here's the MARCHING BAND Schedule in one page - for the entire school year (2011-12). Includes all rehearsals, competitions, performances, etc... -- including the DACULA MEMORIAL DAY PARADE in 2012.
Here is a similar schedule for all Class Events (concerts, rehearsals, performances for Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, etc...). This calendar will change as more information becomes available so please make sure you have the most current version. | |
| Congratulations to Winter and Cadet Guards | Last Changed
2012-02-05 | | | | On this past Satuday (2/4), both the Cadet Guard (students in grades 6-8 at TRMS) and the Winter Guard (MVHS students) competed at the Mill Creek Winter Classic.
Both groups performed extrememly well. The Cadet Guard received 4th place in the Cadet Class while the Winter Guard received 5th place out of 15 groups in their first ever competition.
This was the first performance for both of these groups so finishing as high as they did, each of these young ladies and their instructors (Mrs. Lucie Ausburn and Ms. Brooke MacLean) are to be commended. | |

| 2nd Annual Symphonic Band Camp - Are You Ready?? | Symphonic band camp is this Saturday!!!February 11th from 10AM - 3:15PM. This is for ALL band students in 4th, 5th, and 6th period classes. This event is mandatory and there is no charge to attend. Lunch will be provided.
Be prepared to come out and work hard in order to get ready for LGPE. | |
